Corporate and private events

Host your event at the stunning Ursula by the sea. The excellent location, unique setting, attentive service and high-quality kitchen create the perfect setting for a successful event.

At Ursula, you can organise a wide range of corporate and private events, from small family celebrations to large corporate events. We have hosted christenings, memorial gatherings, graduation parties, post-defence dinners, birthdays, staff events and customer events, among others. Your event can be a warm and intimate lunch, a festive dinner, a relaxed cocktail event or a celebration that continues late into the evening with your own band or DJ.

Our premises are versatile and suitable for many different needs, and we plan each event together with the customer according to their wishes. Ursula has a licence to serve alcohol until 4.00 a.m., and guests can also enjoy the terrace late into the evening. Musical performances and other programme elements are possible depending on the nature and arrangements of the event.

Premises and customer capacity

Ursula’s different spaces are suitable for both small and large events:

1st floor
Merisali: approx. 80 people
Puistosali: approx. 50 people
Entire 1st floor: approx. 130 people
1st-floor terrace: approx. 250 people

2nd floor
Kabinetti: approx. 20 people
Galleria: approx. 30 people
Entire 2nd floor: approx. 80 people
2nd-floor terrace: approx. 70 people

The entire restaurant can also be booked for private events. In that case, the total capacity is approximately 210 seats indoors and approximately 330 on the terrace.

Catering for events

We arrange catering for events based on our menu selection and taking the customer’s wishes into account. Our selection includes ready-planned options for buffet events, dinners with three or more courses, cocktail events, more relaxed soup and pie servings, and coffee services.
